We want you to love your ooGee hat as much as we loved designing it. If you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or your order number. Unfortunately, ooGee Headwear cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery we require that you contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to quickly resolve it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped. If your item has not yet shipped, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your payment. If you order has been shipped we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
