Pick up is from 7/13 Enterprise Close West Gosford, you will be notified via email when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends & public holidays. Collection times are Monday - Friday 10am-3pm. PLEASE NOTE: Your order will be held for 10 business days, then a refund will be issued.
We aim to have all orders shipped within 48 hours. Express post will leave the same business day if placed before 12pm (AEST). Please note this will vary if ordered on public holidays and in peak season periods. Please note these times are estimated delivery times, processing delays due to public holidays, severe weather conditions, customs & courier transit errors are not within our control. International orders can be subject to delays due to custom clearances. ooGee Headwear cannot be held liable for delivery delays.
Returns
We want you to love your ooGee hat as much as we loved designing it. If you are not happy with your purchase we are more than happy to refund. We currently do not exchange. If you believe your hat is faulty, we will replace it when notified within 7 days after its arrival to you. Please keep hats in original packaging with tags attached, fill in the enclosed returns form and send back to us within 30 days. All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with these conditions will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. Please attached returns form for your convenience.
